Local Processing Only

All scanning and analysis happens entirely within your browser. No data is sent to any external server. Scan results are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API and never leave your device.

Permissions Used

TermiLens uses the following permissions:

• storage — To save scan results and language preference locally
• activeTab — To scan the current page you are viewing
• scripting — To inject the detection script into pages
• tabs — To update the extension badge per tab

Third Party Services

TermiLens does not use any third party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

Children's Privacy

TermiLens does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
